When you fill in your personal data on the ITS website you agree with the general conditions and declare that you are informed of your rights and obligations stipulated by the regional data protection law, Ley 82/95 - Junta de Castilla y León and Ley 26/84 de Defensa de los consumidores y usuarios (Law protecting consumers and users of services).
In accordance with Ley Orgánica 15/1999 of 13th December on personal data protection, the data provided on the website is the property of ITSalamanca and will be stored on a database. The person responsible for them is Helena Staels - NIE X0940663D. ITS will occasionally use your data for sending commercial messages. These details are only for internal use and will never be passed to third parties.

In compliance with Decreto (Decree) 13/2005 de la Junta de Castilla y León, upon your arrival and before the start of the courses you will receive a teaching contract for your approval and signature. This contract states on one hand your rights and obligations as a student and on the other hand ITS’ obligations.
